CALL FOR PAPERS

The Augustin Cournot Doctoral Days are an international event dedicated to the promotion of excellence in doctoral research.
The conference aims to provide Ph.D. candidates with an academic platform to present their latest work, discuss with senior researchers and share ideas with other international colleagues in the cosmopolitan European capital.

Submissions are from now on open. Interested Ph.D. candidates are kindly invited to submit their preliminary papers to www.acdd-conference.org

Topics of interest
Papers are accepted in the following fields: economics, management, finance, science & technology studies. Contributions re1ated to innovation, environment, labour market, monetary economics, risk and uncertainty, banking, as well as epistemology and history of economic thought are particularly welcome.

For the 13th edition of the ACDD, it is an honour to announce the participation of Jean-Charles Rochet (University of Zurich) and Marie-Claire Villeval (University ofLyon) as keynote speakers.

Deadlines

  • February, 21 st: Submission for working papers
  • March, 4th: Acceptance notification
  • March, 20th: Fee payment
  • March 31 st: Final version submission

Guidelines
Working papers should be written in English.
Submissions must be accompanied by a list of keywords or JEL classification and details of the presenter. They should be uploaded on the website www.acdd-conference.org in pdf format only.

Conference information:
The ACDD include parallel and plenary sessions. Accepted papers will be presented in parallel sessions. Each presentation is limited to 20 minutes, followed by a 10 minutes discussion with a senior discussant. Plenary sessions are scheduled during the two days with participation of invited keynote speakers.

Social events will also be organised. On the final evening, three awards for the three best papers will be given during a ceremony at Strasbourg's historical city hall.

Awards for best papers:
Three "ACDD Best Paper Awards" will be granted. The prize selection will be entrusted to members of the scientific advisory committee. We will consider only complete papers that are submitted within the deadline and that have not been published in any academic journals. Please note that shortlisted candidates require to be currently enrolled students.

Fees:
The registration fee is 70 Euros. This sum covers all-day refreshments, lunches, dinner, cocktail and other activities.
